How to Qualify:

• Head Start child must be aged 3 to 5 before September 1.
• Early Head Start child must be newborn to age 3. Teen parents are first priority, though all parents are welcome to apply.
• Pregnant women may apply. Pregnant teens are first priority, all pregnant women welcome to apply.
• Foster children and families with TANF automatically meet income requirements.
• Family must meet the following income guidelines - 2009 Family Income Guidelines
